Who is Chris O’Neil Photography?
Chris O’Neil is a Pinckney-based photographer with 14 years of experience, primarily serving the Livingston County area. Chris specializes in portrait photography, including families, high school seniors, newborns, and youth & team sports.

How do we order our athlete’s pictures?
Ordering takes place after picture day. Approximately 1–2 weeks following the event, the lead contact for your organization will email a gallery link. This link will take you to your organization’s online ordering site.
How long do we have to place an order?
The gallery link will remain open for 2 weeks after it is sent.
How much do packages cost?
A variety of packages are available, including digital and print options. Packages typically range from $20 to $100.
How are digital products delivered?
Digital images are delivered immediately after checkout to the email address used during purchase.
How are prints and other physical products delivered?
Prints and physical products are shipped via USPS, usually in about 2 weeks.
What does my athlete need for picture day?
Your organization will provide specific instructions, but generally athletes should wear a clean, wrinkle-free uniform. Athletes may bring sport-specific equipment or props (e.g., balls, bats, sticks, helmets, etc.).
What happens if we miss picture day?
If your athlete misses picture day, a makeup session can be scheduled. Please contact
[email protected] to arrange a studio session in Pinckney, MI.
Can we order products other than prints and digital images?
Yes! Additional products include magnets, bag tags, buttons, and collages.
Can my child take photos with friends or siblings?
Yes—friend and sibling photos are welcome if time allows during the session.
Are parents allowed in the picture-taking area?
To maintain efficiency and minimize distractions, parents are asked to remain outside the photo area. Please ensure your athlete is ready when they arrive.
What if my child has special needs or requires assistance?
Parents or guardians of athletes who need extra support are always welcome in the picture area. Your assistance is appreciated.
Can I request specific poses?
Yes. Please discuss pose requests with your athlete ahead of time so they are prepared.
How many poses will my athlete have?
Most athletes will select 2–3 poses for their individual photos.
How is the background chosen?
Backgrounds are selected in coordination with the organization or team prior to picture day.
Will my athlete’s name appear on the photos?
You may choose to include or exclude your athlete’s name when placing your order.
What can I do with purchased digital images?
Digital images are yours to use and share—print them anywhere you choose and feel free to share on social media.
Can I purchase a team photo?
Yes. If a team photo is requested by the organization and taken on picture day, it will be available for purchase.
